Project Overview

PROTECS Personnel* built a new 4,400 SF modular cleanroom and associated HVAC systems with utilities for nitrogen, process chilled water, compressed air, and process vacuum. The team installed a UHP DI Water system (E.1 grade), the process exhaust systems, a process gas room equipped with six gas cabinets for hazardous gases, and nine inert process gas panels. Safety detection and alarm system were also added. PROTECS personnel, teaming with the client, identified target budget costs and was able to transform the existing facility, via turnkey design process, into class 1,000, 10,000, 100,000 cleanrooms.
