Client owns or has interest in approximately 10.5 million rentable square feet of laboratory and office space with an additional estimated 1.4 million square feet in progress. As the second largest life sciences real estate company in the world, client has properties in every major life science cluster in the USA.
Client hired PROTECS to convert existing shell space into speculative office and laboratory suites catering to emerging life science companies. The office and conference portions of the suites were designed to “Class A” standards and finishes. The project was delivered on-schedule, on-budget with zero safety incidents.
