PROTECS Selected as Development Advisor for Bristol R&D Park

Keystone Redevelopment Group Selects PROTECS as Life Science Real Estate Development Advisor for The Bridge Business Center in Bristol, PA.

Conshohocken, PA, January 5, 2009—PROTECS (www.protecsinc.com), a turnkey project and construction management firm dedicated to high-tech industries was selected by Keystone Redevelopment Group (www.keystoneredevelops.com) to advise the Doylestown based developer on The Bridge Business Center in Bristol, PA. Constructed and formally occupied by Rohm and Haas, the redevelopment project is targeted to accommodate a high-tech tenancy base including Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device and Contract Researchers and Manufacturers.
