Client is an international contract research, manufacturing and preclinical (vivarium) service provider to the life science industry. Client provides their clients with full services from research through market approval for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, government, and academic industries around the world.

Project Overview

Provide professional construction management services to deliver new “Class A” office areas and conference rooms, sterile filling suites (Aseptic, Vaccine, and Cell Prep) and associated support office space within existing shell space. The scope included complete new mechanical systems, structural support upgrade, electrical service, emergency power service, and support utilities. All owner equipment was also received and installed in a bulkhead configuration.
