With the increases investment in and demand for “green” and “clean” technologies and practices, PROTECS is committed to being a leader in project and construction management sustainability initiatives.
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) was developed by the U.S. Green Building Council to establish a set of guidelines for sustainable building practices. The LEED Accreditation Program requires building industry professionals to understand and demonstrate the process of developing sustainable buildings and the LEED Green Building Rating System™, a benchmark system for rating “green” buildings. Currently, fewer than 80,000 professionals across the world have earned the designation.
