ProTecs Brings Target Costing to Commercial Interiors; Expands Footprint in New Jersey

Sam Champi joins PROTECS to lead operations at its new location in Bridgewater, NJ

Plymouth Meeting, PA, November 04, 2014 — PROTECS Inc., a leading provider of professional services in high-tech construction management, design/build and real estate development, today announced that it’s bringing its patented project delivery system, Target Costing®, to the non-regulated commercial interiors markets. Additionally, the company also announced the opening of its new office location at Advance Realty’s 360 Grove Street location in Bridgewater, NJ, expanding PROTECS’ decade-long foothold in the pharmaceutical-rich tri-state area including New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

DiPaolo, President and Founder of PROTECS. “However, due to heightened demand for innovative office space and conventional flex fit outs, we’re expanding our core capabilities to include a newly formed division called PROTECS Commercial Interiors. This vertical focus, for which Sam Champi will be responsible, will support non-regulated projects using our Target Costing® delivery system for office, medical office buildings (MOB’s), retail, restaurant and hospitality industries where interior uses including first, second and third generation space. We’re excited to have Sam on board spearheading this initiative out of our new Bridgewater office location that will expand our reach into the Northern NJ and Southern NY marketplaces. Sam’s construction management expertise and extensive network of loyal relationships, coupled with our patented project delivery system, will enable PROTECS to bring our unique value proposition to new the commercial interiors markets and drive significant value for our clients.”

Prior to joining PROTECS, Sam was Senior Vice President, River Drive Construction where he was responsible for all construction activities including pre-construction, estimating and scheduling. Sam has been a long time member of CoreNet, BOMA, IFMA, and NAIOP. He graduated from Fordham University with a B.S. in finance.
